How to reach the people behind SalonCompass — corrections, missing sources and questions about the site itself, and the one thing we cannot answer.

There is no published address yet

The site's domain is still being settled, so there is no contact address we can put here that would still work next month. We would rather leave this blank than publish something that bounces. It will appear here as soon as there is one, and this page stays out of search results until then.

Corrections are the messages we most want. If a verdict here contradicts something your GP, midwife, specialist or pharmacist has told you, or if a source we cite has been updated or withdrawn, we would rather hear it than not. Point us at the page and, if you can, the guidance you are going by. A correction to one verdict usually fixes every page that shared the same mistake, so a single message can go a long way.

We also want to know about pages that read as if they are finished but are not, links that go nowhere, and anything that feels written for a salon rather than for you.

We cannot answer personal medical questions. Nobody here can assess you, and a message to us is not a consultation. If you want to know whether a specific treatment is safe for your situation, that question belongs with your GP, your specialist, your midwife or the practitioner who would be treating you. If something is urgent, call 999, or NHS 111 if it is not an emergency.
